Isa siguro sa pinaka masayang feeling as a girl e yung face na makinis at walang flaws. Yung tipong mahihiya yung pimple tumubo sa face niya sa kinis. and unluckily Im not one of those girls na nabiyayaan ng makinis na face. Pimples dito pimples doon plimples everywhere. Madami dami na rin akong na try ilagay sa face ko or iba ibang soap na sabi nila nakakawala and nakakaiwas magkaron ulit ng pimples. but it turns out na nag eend up mas nag bebreak out lang lalo yung face ko. 😕

Last year I tried using beauche, and to tell you guys super effective niya sobrang kuminis face ko plus bihira nalang ako magka pimples. pero I stop using beauche din kasi natakot ako na baka masama ang everyday ginagamit yun dahil nga nag lalagay ka everyday ng expoliating cream. And mahaba habang ritwal every night pag yun ang gamit ko (ANG TAMAD KO LANG). After ko mag stop gamitin, nag breakout na ulit ng sobra yung face ko and sobrang affected talaga ko kapag ganon nangyayare sa face ko pakiramdam ko ang panget panget ko na lalo... 😢😢😢
and theeeeen, I decided na mag pacheck na ko so nag try muna ako sa dermcare since dun ako usually nagpapa facial plus nasabi ng friend ko na nurse din naman daw mga nag fafacial doon. So they recommend me na magpa facial for acne treatment. may gamot na nilalagay para mag heal agad yung mga pimples ko plus maiwasan ng mag break out ulit.

Yes, ganyan kadami yung pimples ko nun. Then nag ask din ako sa derm care if ano pwedeng soap or routine na pwede ko gawin para maiwasan na yung pag breakout ng face ko. Pinabili nila ko nung kit nila worth 750 pesos.

1. Pimple soap
Rate: 💛💛💛💛
Indivdual price: 100-150 (sorry hindi ko natanong e)
This pimple soap has TC2 and tea tree oil, those ingredients are anti bacterial that kills and inhibit bacteria that cause pimple. and it also removes excess oil, dead skin, and stubborn dirt.
Isa sa pinaka effective na pimple soap na nagamit ko swear! Medyo drying siya sa face pero makikita mo talaga na yung mga tutubo palang na pimples e nag dadry na talaga agad. :) Until now hindi ko pa nauubos tong isang box na to since nung bumili ako ng package.
2. Clarifying cleanser
Rate: 💛💛💛💛
Individual price: 115 php
Clarifying cleanser helps balance oil while decongesting the skin surface. It contains slicylic acid, well known skin clarifying agent that works on the skin's surface to reduce excessive oil. Tea Tree Oil, an anti bacterial agent that helps destroy the bacteria that cause acne flare ups.
Just like the soap one of the best cleanser na nagamit ko sobrang na pre-prevent niya talaga yung pag break out ng mga pimples ko :) So after I wash my face the next thing I will do is ipahid to sa buong face ko.
A topical antibiotic for the treatment of acne. works by stopping the growth of bacteria, thus decreasing the number of acne lesions.
For the topical treatment of acne vulgaris. works by killing the acne bacteria and reducing inflammation.
3. Acne atibiotic
Rate: 💛💛💛💛💛Individual price: 150 php
eto talaga bes!! yan talaga yung pinaka favorite ko sa kit. sobrang effective siya lalo na kapag may mga bagong tubo ako na pimples, hindi na minsan nag tutuloy or mas madalas mas mabilis nag heheal and hindi ganon nag iiwan ng bakas! (pimple marks). Yung ginagamit ko now jan sa dalawa is yung purple one, mas effective siya kesa sa blue one. :) After I apply the cleanser eto na nilalagay ko sa face ko. binababad ko sa mga pimples ko 3-5 mins. every night ko lang din siya ginagamit but you can put this every morning and night.

4. Tretinoin
Rate: 💛💛💛💛
Used primarily in the treatment of acne vulgaris in which comedones, papules, and pustules predominate. also in some disorders of keratinization.
After I put the anti biotic etong gel na yung next (every night hehe). Makikita mo talaga na mag babalat kinabukasan yung inapplyan mo na mga pimples and makikita mo mas mabilis mag heal plus no pimple marks madalas!
5. Sunblock
Rate: 💛💛💛
Since hindi ko na nagagamit yung sunblock kasi matigas ulo ko and mejo may kalagkitan kasi kaya di ko siya ginagamit haha iwas na iwas nalang talaga ko na maarawan ng sobra face ko.
And that's it! yan yung inclusions! so eto na rin yung ibang pictures of my face nung healing process niya. :)
I've been using this for almost 5 months na and I can say na malaki na pinag bago nung face ko. Hindi naman talaga totally maiiwasan yung magkaron ng pimples lalo na during period nating mga girls pero sobrang malaking help sakin neto para hindi na siya ulit mag break out. Salamat sa dermcare at pinataas mo ulit ang confidence level ko HAHAHAHA chos.
And after 3 sessions ng acne treatment ko ngayon sa basic facial nalang ulit na nag reremove nalang halos ng black/whiteheads ko. You can look at my last picture yan yung pinaka updated na selfie ko hehehehe 😁
Lastly, try not to experiment ng kung ano na ilalagay sa face mo mas better if mag pa consult ka para suitable sa face mo yung magagamit mo. Mahirap na baka imbis na pakinis ang face mo mamaya mas mag break out pa! Well I hope this one helps! 😀

DeleteNormal lang ba na may ttubong maliliit ba pimples, tas makati kase siya. What could that mean kaya? Is it normal or stop ko na? Irritating na din kase sya.
